Gluten Free Fudge
Gluten Free Fudge is the foolproof fudge recipe, sans the problematic protein we aim to avoid. This is the best, easiest fudge you'll find.
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Prepare a 9x9 square pan by lining with plastic wrap. Leave overhang of plastic to easily allow removal of the the fudge from the pan when set.
Create a double boiled with a bowl over simmering water. Combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter and vanilla extract.
Stir until chocolate is fully melted.
Pour fudge into the pan and spread. This is when you can add toppings if desired.
Chill in refrigerator until fudge is firm.
Divide your fudge into squares and enjoy!
